YOUR FIRST COCKHEADZ · NO RUSH
A new face.
A few clear steps.
You do not need crypto or a wallet to try the game. If you decide to own a CHZ, here is what happens before, during and after minting.
From curious to part of the flock.

CHECK THE COLLECTION
Look for Cockheadz · CHZ.
Open the CHZ mint page to check current availability. Prices and sale status come from live checks—not a price on this guide. If the sale is closed or the network cannot be verified, do not keep attempting payment.
CHZ uses Cronos mainnet, chain 25. Check the official collection contract ↗. Founder and Posterz NFTs are different collections.
- 03
CONNECT ONLY WHEN READY
Use the wallet you intend to keep.
A wallet holds your NFT. Choose a supported wallet from the connection screen and check its account and network. Connecting shares an address; signing in proves you control it. Neither step should request a payment or spending approval.
If your current wallet does not connect, stop and use wallet help. Do not move funds, make a new wallet or share a recovery phrase just to troubleshoot.
- 04
REVIEW, THEN DECIDE
The quote comes before the confirmation.
Review the collection, NFT count, payment token, recipient account and total mint cost. Network gas is paid separately in CRO. A FEED mint can require a separate token approval before the mint; the review explains both steps.
Only confirm if the wallet details match the review. You can cancel. A cancelled mint after a completed token approval can leave an allowance behind; cancellation does not reverse an already confirmed transaction.

MAKE IT YOUR CHICKEN
Hatch the companion. Start its story.
After a successful mint, use the same wallet in Flock. Find your CHZ, link it, give the companion a name and hatch for free. Hatching creates a game character—not another NFT—and does not move your original.
If this NFT already has saved fighter progress, hatching restores it. If it has none, the hatch screen can offer a one-time copy of Pip’s training and unlocked gear. Pip stays available; this is not a promise to copy every score, purchase or Yard item.
THREE DIFFERENT THINGS
Mint. Hatch. Shop.
Similar words should not hide different purchases.
- Mint an NFT
- Create a new collectible through a verified collection contract. This costs the reviewed mint price plus gas.
- Hatch a companion
- Create or restore an in-game fighter for Pip or a CHZ you own. Hatching is free; ownership and signed-in access are checked where needed.
- Buy in the Coop Shop
- Get wallet-bound game gear, cosmetics or Yard items with Coop Credits. These are not NFTs and do not make you a CHZ holder.
KNOW THE BOUNDARIES
Before you spend anything.
- Buy for the collectible and experience. There is no promise of profit, resale demand, token prizes or future features.
- Progress is not the blockchain. Fighter progress lives in Cockheadz server records and beta progress may reset. Your Yard and paid unlocks stay with your wallet rather than travelling with the NFT.
- Protect the original wallet. Never share a recovery phrase, private key, session cookie or sign-in signature. Support does not need a payment to unlock an earlier purchase.
- Do not pay twice to solve uncertainty. If a transaction is pending or unclear, use its recovery/check controls and the original wallet. Keep the transaction hash and contact support before trying another purchase.
