Privacy and your game data
Reviewed 27 October 2026. This page explains how Cockheadz Farm currently handles information.
What is saved
The service stores guest and wallet-linked Yard progress, NFT-keyed Cockheadz fighter progress, NFT assignments, game actions, match results, purchases and credit-spending records. A verified new owner can receive that NFT’s saved fighter progress in the game; Yard and paid account records stay with the prior wallet. Wallet sign-in uses a message signature to link your account across devices. The farm owner can view aggregate milestone counts from saved game progress and actions to improve the game. These counts are for retained farms, not unique people; no extra visit tracker is added for this report. Cockheadz does not ask you to enter a recovery phrase or private key.
A session cookie keeps you signed in and is configured to last up to 30 days. Cookie expiry does not delete your saved farm. Browser storage also remembers preferences, artwork cache and pending transaction references.
Public information
Blockchain ownership and transactions are public. Flock Cards publish selected game information, only when you choose to publish: fighter name, equipped game items, win/mastery counts, number of cleared rivals, publication time and optional weekly result (week, rival, time, remaining health and rules version). Flock Cards omit the NFT number, fighter identifier, wallet address and balances. You can unpublish your card. Ranked enrollment publishes the fighter information described in its review, including NFT number, build and rating. NFT artwork and public blockchain records can identify a holder even when a page omits their wallet address. A new verified holder can see the NFT’s saved game fighter name and progression after claiming it.
Requests and external services
The service uses hashed IP-derived keys to limit requests. These are not a promise of anonymity. Hosting infrastructure processes requests and may keep operational logs. Your browser also requests content from Cronos RPC services, Google Fonts and NFT image or IPFS gateways. Those services receive network request information and apply their own policies.
Retention and requests
Guest progress: a guest Yard becomes eligible for automatic cleanup after more than 30 days without a saved update. It is not deleted on an exact day-30 deadline. Active sessions, including a saved guest Yard that can be resumed after wallet sign-in, and records linked to purchases, NFT assignments, game cards or matches can prevent cleanup. Paid state and financial records are excluded from this guest cleanup.
For access, correction or deletion questions, contact the team through Cockheadz support. Ask for a private support conversation before sharing account details. Do not post private information in public channels. Deletion of blockchain records is not available through this service.
How cleanup runs: eligible guest records are removed in small batches during game API activity, with a maintenance interval between checks. Quiet periods, protected records or a backlog can delay removal. This describes the implemented rule, not a guarantee that a cleanup ran at a particular time. Anonymous play also has storage and activity limits to protect availability.
Wallet-linked and financial records: guest cleanup does not remove wallet-linked farms or purchase and credit-spending records. There is currently no automatic deletion period for these records. Purchase and replay records are retained to support accounting and prevent repeated spending. Unpublishing a card does not remove public blockchain history.
Beta limits: game progress is stored by Cockheadz, not on the NFT or blockchain, and beta progress may reset. Retention describes current handling, not a guarantee of permanent game hosting. See purchase information for the separate treatment of wallet-bound paid unlocks and NFT-linked fighter progress.
