Before paying again

1. Copy the transaction hash from your wallet or the shop's pending-payment record.
2. Check whether the transaction is pending, confirmed or failed on Cronos.
3. Use Restore credits & purchases in the Shop with the original wallet.
4. If the result is still unclear, ask the team for help before making another payment.

What to include

Describe the page, approximate time, expected result and error message. For a payment, include its public transaction hash in a private support conversation. Ask for a private channel before sharing account or privacy-request details.

Never share your recovery phrase, private key, session cookie or sign-in signature. Support does not require you to send a second payment to unlock an earlier one.
